**We do not sell firearms nor ammunition** Placement of your order is understanding and acceptance of our lead times, shipping, order cancellations, order modification, returns and general shop policies.
Shipping Info + Lead Times
We post our lead times at the top of every page of our website. We have a separate lead time for holsters than we do for mag carriers in order to get accessory orders out quicker. Lead times are an approximate estimate only and are not guaranteed. Over 95% of orders go out within this time frame, however, on occasion, we may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances by suppliers or weather related issues.
We ship most of our orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) and the remaining orders via US Postal Service. Shipping carrier is chosen at our discretion and based on several factors including but not limited to cost and time in transit.
Orders Over $25 ship for a discounted rate of only $10 via ground service.
We also offer 3-day shipping for only $15.
Alaska/ Hawaii orders will ship via US Postal Service.
Shipping outside the lower 48 states may run more. Rates will be displayed during checkout for these areas. We offer simple shipping rates for domestic shipping based on the value of your order.
Orders under $25 will incur a small order fee in addition to the actual shipping cost.
We offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost, damaged, missing or stolen items. Purchase of insurance is not a guarantee of coverage by the insurance company. Contact us directly so we can make it right. Claims may require additional action an information from you before a claim can be handled.
Purchasing insurance during checkout. at checkout shipping insurance rates and aceptance is located under the checkout button. By deselecting or declining insurance coverage you acknowledge that Reactive Concealment is not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items. We highly suggest shipping insurance, but ultimately the decision is yours.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing orders. We do not know where you live and we rely on the information provided by you to be complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages not received if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. We will not replace orders where a delivery was made to an address other than yours that you provided on your order. Sounds simple but it does happen.
Lifetime Guarantee
All of our Kydex holsters and mag carriers are covered by our Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Reactive Concealment will fix or replace any products manufactured by us due to product failure.
This warranty applies to kydex products only and excludes products manufactured by other companies such as clips or other parts. We cannot honor warranty claims due to user negligence, including misuse, abuse, excessive heat, modification, alteration and/or broken, lost, or missing clips and hardware. We highly suggest the use of a thread locking agent to keep your screws from backing out and becoming lost.
Any modifications made to our products voids the warranty including subjecting the holsters to excessive heat from firearms, direct or indirect sun and heat whether unintentional or not.

Returns + Cancellations
Our holsters are custom made to your order specifications. We are the holster manufacturers and not a retail operation. As such, our focus is on manufacturing and not processing returns. Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions about the order process or our products contact us so we may help you.
All items are test fitted prior to shipping to ensure a proper fit is achieved. Minor adjustments in retention are likely required to meet your specific desired retention level. We use actual factory mags when test fitting mag carriers/pouches.

We can only make order corrections or modifications prior to the start of production on your order. We cannot add items nor change options that exceed the original purchase amount due to banking/ credit card policies. We may be able to allow add on orders with prior consent.

Your order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time your order was placed. By this time your order has progressed to scheduling and order prep, as well as acceptance of any fees from the transaction. In the rare occassion that a cancellation is granted, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum 20% and as high as 60%. If you need to cancel prior to the start of production please use our contact form or any other methods listed on our Contact Us page to get ahold of us. Once production has started there will be no cancellations.
Reactive Concealment is a manufacturing facility and not a retail outlet. As such our main focus is on building quality holsters and accessories and not on returns. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting your order. Your order will be built to your order specifications and is therefor unable to be returned.
In certain instances, we may be able to facilitate an exchange on a per order basis. It is generally best to contact us as soon as possible with your return requests. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to address an issue if any. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a return fee of 20% up to 60% plus original cost of shipping.

Reactive Concealment (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts. We may also modify this Agreement at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based subscription forms. Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. If you have opted in, the Program provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., product discounts) from Reactive Concealment via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile message from Us in order to opt-out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the preceding options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

We may change any telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Program or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a required part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that, if you change your telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the SMS/MMS mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
