Product Lead Times + Shipping
Holsters:: Production lead times for holsters are listed at the top of every page of our website. We strive to get all orders out as fast as possible while still ensuring that only quality products leave our shop.
Mag Carriers and Accessories: We generally have a one to two week lead time for mag carriers and accessory orders. We constantly have mag carriers being built and shipped to allow for smaller orders to get out while not being back logged by our holster production. We try to keep our most popular mag carriers and colors being built daily and shipping typically takes place within 1 - 3 days for these items, but it is not guaranteed
** Keep in mind that our lead times listed are an estimate only and circumstances can change based on several factors. Lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you have an upcoming deadline that your holster is needed for. We will do everything we can to help you receive your holster before your upcoming event. Although we do not allow line jumping as a work around to our production times, we may be able to work overtime to get your holster built in time.

Generally once an item is picked up by the shipper it can take anywhere from 2 - 9 days to arrive at your location. Most orders average 4-5 days after being picked up. We do offer expedited shipping options that may speed up these times. all shipping options are listed on the checkout page.
** Please note: . Selecting 3 day shipping will not speed up the build time of your order but will speed up the time in transit after your order has been completed. Selecting 3 day shipping does not mean your order will arrive 3 days after you have placed your order. The holster build times apply to all orders.
** Please note: Once you receive tracking information by our system there may still be a delay of up to 48 hours to be picked up by the shipping company.

We offer a discounted flat rate shipping starting at only $10 on orders over $25. We also offer expedited shipping options such as 2 and 3 day service to most areas. Most of our packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Alsaka/Hawaii: We highly suggest priority mail 3 day service to these states to avoid longer than usual shipping times. We ship via US Postal Service to these areas.

We ship to the best country in the world, the USA. At this time, we do not ship to any other countries.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses due to ITAR restrictions that differ for certain areas. We can ship your order stateside where a friend/family can forward your order.

We offer standard ground and Priotity 3 Day Shipping. We typically ship our orders via UPS, however occasionally we use US Post Office if an order can be delivered faster or an address has certain circumstances that make one carrier preferred over the other. The choice of shipping company is at our discretion.
Shipping in transit times are not included in the estimated build time for your order. Selecting 3 day shipping will not speed up the build time of your order but will speed up the time in transit after your order has been completed. Selecting 3 day shipping does not mean your order will arrive 3 days after you have placed your order. All orders have a processing time and/or build time.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing orders. We do not know where you live and we rely on the information provided by you to be complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages not received if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. We will not replace orders where a delivery was made to an address other than yours that you provided on your order. Sounds simple but it does happen.
Order Status + Tracking
Our system is set up to send email updates as your order moves along the build process. Please be sure you have given us a valid email so you will receive our emails.
You can also view the status of your order by clicking the ORDER STATUS link at the bottom of every page of our website. You will need your order number and the email used when you placed the order. You can also reach out to us by using the chat button at the bottom of the page or by visiting our Contact Us page for other ways to reach us.
Keep in mind we are a production shop and your holster will advance through the holster building process at the same time as many other customers holsters. Once your holster has reached the finished stage of each production department your order will be updated and moved along to the other required stages until
completed.
This process allows our order processing times to be faster and to build more quality holsters for our customers.
Once your order has been completed and labeled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the link in your email and you will receive an update as to your shipments progress. You can also log into your account and get order status updates and track your shipments progress.
**NOTE** Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you receive your email with tracking number for the shipping company to scan and update your shipments progress.

Materials + Craftsmanship
Generally, all our holsters are made with .080 Kydex. We feel this gives our holsters the best balance of form, function and comfort while being durable at the same time. We also offer a .093 line of holsters for service and extra rigidity. This extra rigid material does offer stronger holster properties but may also sacrifice some comfort of the holster itself.
All holsters on our site that are not .080 Kydex will be listed as such in the product description and/or 1n the color choices on our product details pages.
Additionally, some items such as carbon fiber, as well as some duty holsters will be made with Boltaron which is similar in characteristics as Kydex and just as durable.
We offer many different mounting options for our holsters. You can select from all the available options on our product details page that will work with the holster on that page.
Some holsters, such as holsters in our Ready2Ship section, are pre-made and may include only a specific clip. Be sure to check the clip that is included with each holster to ensure it will meet your needs.
We also offer clips and parts on our Parts & Accessories page. If you have any questions regarding which clip to select please contact us and we can provide assistance.
Typically, no we do not. Many of our holsters will work with other clips on the market, but it is impossible for us to stock all of them. The Ulticlip is known to work with some of our holsters, however, we do not stock these clips. Ulticlips can be easily found on the internet for you to purchase as needed.
The Grip hook is a thicker and more rigid clip than the RCS Overhook. The DCC clip is a thinner metal clip that holds securely with or without a belt. The RCS Clip should only be used with a belt to ensure your gun or magazines comes out of the holster when drawing them. I typically prefer the Grip Hook for its rigidity and comfort.
The Bladetech is the original Duty Belt Clip that is finely crafted and field tested. It fits belts up to 2 1/4" wide. The X-Lock is a good re-make of the Tek-Lok that is cheaper and only fits belts up to 2" wide. Both have the same type of locking mechanism to keep the holster securely attached to your belt, however, the Tek-Lok has a smoother operation and has been field tested.
Duty Use: We highly suggest the Bladetech Tek-Lok for its smooth operation and it history of servicing law enforcement, military and competition shooters.
We use G-Code paddles exclusively due to their exception quality and durability, as well as, their color options. We currently stock the G-Code paddles for both gun holsters and mag carriers in black, tan, and od green.
The FOMI Clip has been the standard in the industry for quite some time and will be all most people will need. It works as an IWB clip for gun holsters and as an IWB or OWB for many mag carriers. The DCC Monoblock is a metal clip that works well and holds better in clothing not suited for a belt.
Our edges are smooth and snag free. The shine is similar to a semi-gloss or satin appearance.
We use a combination of abrasive wheels in different grits as well as wet sanding and polishing to achieve a smooth and snag free edge.

Holster Care
Regularly cleaning and applying a silicone lubricant or holster care product to the inside and outside of your holster will help protect both your holster and your firearms finish. This quick and simple task will only take a few minutes to accomplish but can help save you frustration in the future.
We recommend regular inspection and cleaning of your holsters along with your firearms. A quick visual inspection and cleaning of your holster will prolong the life of your gear. We also recommend checking your clips and hardware to make sure they have not become damaged or loose through use. Using a thread locking agent on your screws is highly suggested to prevent them from backing out and getting lost.
Kydex is better for your firearms finish than traditional leather, however, all holsters over time will cause wear and tear to your firearms finish. Sand, dirt, and grit can get trapped inside your holster and can be harmful to both the holster and your firearms finish.
A kydex holster is molded to your gun and will hold up better to heavy use and age than a leather holster will. Leather holsters soften over time which affects how well the gun fits and may expose the trigger guard.
Truth Bomb: A Kydex holster doesn't smell like dead cow. It can smell like ASS though, so don't forget to clean it when you clean your guns.
Do I really need to wear a belt for concealment purposes?
We get this questions more than we should. Everyone has different needs and desires. If you don't mind your holster coming out still attached to your gun upon drawing then no belt is needed.
More people than should do not wear a belt when carrying a firearm. A majority of these people will never need to draw their weapon in an emergency situation. The question is, in an emergency situation, do you really want your gun stuck in a holster when you need it most?
We highly suggest wearing a belt when carrying a gun.
Reactive warranty explained
All of our Kydex holsters and mag carriers are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Reactive Concealment will fix or replace any Kydex products manufactured by us due to product failure. This warranty applies to kydex products only and excludes products manufactured by other companies such as clips or other parts. We cannot honor warranty claims due to user negligence, including misuse, abuse, excessive heat, and/or broken, lost, or missing clips and hardware. We highly suggest the use of a thread locking agent to keep your screws from backing out and becoming lost.
Any modifications made to our products voids the warranty including subjecting the holsters to excessive heat from firearms, direct or indirect sun and heat whether unintentional or not.

Returns + Cancellations
Your order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time your order was placed. By this time your order has progressed to scheduling and order prep, as well as acceptance of any fees from the transaction. In the rare occassion that a cancellation is granted, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum 20% and as high as 60% on non black holster colors. If you need to cancel prior to the start of production please use our contact form or any other methods listed on our Contact Us page to get ahold of us. Once production has started there will be no cancellations.

NO PROBLEM! Please contact us immediately by visiting our Contact Us page. Changes will be allowed up until the time that production on your holster has started. Once started, we will try our best to accomodate any changes, however, we may not be able to facilitate certain changes.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow returns at this time due to the nature of our products and them being built to order
We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with our products. That being said, not all items qualify for return. If your item qualifies for return, we have a strict, no refund, exchange only policy.
What are return conditions?
1. Most of our items are built to order and as such returns are not usually granted.
2. In the event a return is granted, Only New, unused, undamaged products may be returned.
3. In the event a return is granted, Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
4. In the event a return is granted, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
5. In the event a return is granted, a restocking fee of 20% to 60% may apply.
6. In the event a return is granted, retunred items must be in new condition, unaltered, unmodified, undamaged, clean and complete.
7. Must have prior authorization and display the return authorization number visible on the outside of the package.
Due to the custom nature of our products all holsters are built to order and therefore we are limited on what products are available for return. In most instances returns are not allowed at this time. Please use our contact form should you have any questions about your new holster.

Built to Order Products
We provide estimated build times at the top of every page of our website. We are almost always running ahead of this schedule, however, the times listed are estimated and not guaranteed.

We can allow minor changes to your order up and until production has started or special order colors have been ordered.

We allow order cancellations during the first 24 hours for any reason. After that costs have been incurred when accepting your order and will incur more expenses if refunding an order. Cancellations after the first 24 hours with incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Once an order is scheduled no cancellations are allowed.

Quite simply, We are surrounded by LOUD MACHINES. We can't hear or have phone conversations over the noise created by our machinery. We are a production shop and cannot stop production to answer phone without unrealistic lead times on our products. It just leads to frustration for us both.
